How long does it take to build my website?
Most Personal and Dynamic websites go live within 5 days after we receive your content. Standard and Premium websites usually take 2 to 4 weeks, and custom web applications are planned with a clear timeline before work starts.
Are domain, hosting and SSL included?
Yes. We set up your domain name, fast and secure hosting, and an SSL certificate (the padlock in the browser) as part of your plan. If you already own a domain, we simply connect it to your new website.
What does the yearly renewal cover?
The renewal keeps your website online for another year: domain, hosting, SSL, security updates, backups and our support. There are no hidden charges, and we remind you well before the renewal date.
Will I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business name, and all the content, photos and logos you share with us remain yours.
Can I update the website content myself?
Dynamic, Standard and Premium plans include an easy content management system, so you can update text, photos, products or blog posts without any technical knowledge. On the Personal plan, just send us your changes on WhatsApp.
Do you also build Android and iOS mobile apps?
Yes. We build mobile apps for Android and iPhone, along with an admin panel to manage them, and publish them on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Every app is different, so we share a clear custom quote after understanding your requirements.
How does payment work?
You pay an advance to start the work and the balance only after you review and approve your website. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash, and you receive a proper invoice for every payment.
Can I see the design and ask for changes?
Absolutely. We share a live preview link while we build, so you can check it on your own phone and computer. Your feedback is included before launch, so the final website matches what you want.
Do you work with businesses outside Tirunelveli?
